Goals and Philosophies:
The Karamu Preschool of the Arts is dedicated to the needs of the parents and children. We are committed to educating children and playing a major role in each child’s development from six weeks to fourteen years of age.
We strive to provide an atmosphere that encourages experimenting, exploring, investigating and playing with materials in a challenging and supportive environment. We are here to provide freedom of expression and creativity, but also guidance as the child discovers and develops problem solving, goal oriented and individual skills.
The center offers year-round full or half day services to preschoolers ages 6 weeks to 4 years old.
Before and after-school care is offered for children ages 6 – 14.
